Born in 1984 in France, Normandy, Sébastien holds a Mechanical Master’s Degree (2008) and an eMBA from EDHEC business school (2020).
Strong advocate of the food and beverage industry, he worked in major FMCG players in Australia and France, such as LION (fresh milk and cream, beer), LVMH (spirits) and Danone (yogurt). He occupied various manufacturing positions, from QHSE and continuous improvement lead to Production and Logistics management.
Sébastien joined the 3 Monts Brewery in 2023 as Factory Director to lead the operational team, producing over 150 000hL. As the key plant operating in the village of Saint-Sylvestre-Cappel, it is with a strong sense of responsibility that beer is brewed everyday making the best out of our raw materials and energy usage.
