Our compact brewhouse Sud Sixty Six achieves a full 6 brews/day with 60 minutes of lautering time – and that with only two brewing vessels. This makes it possible to use a high-performance brewhouse even in the smallest of spaces. In combination with the Exergon Brew® energy management system, it also saves money because the thermal energy used is minimized and optimally utilized.
Our process components offer the potential for considerable savings in energy and raw materials, and not only in new plants. For modernization projects of existing plants, we provide a potential analysis and the necessary equipment to achieve great benefits with little effort and little investment.
We offer our Nano Flavor® to produce non-alcoholic beer. Nanofiltration is used to remove the alcohol from the beer, which is gentle on the product and very good for the quality. We use hollow fiber membranes that are perfectly cleanable. Nano Flavor® can be easily integrated into existing cellars.

BRAND FINAL TOUCH CONCEPT or late differentiation of a neutral base beer into different types of special beers just before bottling.
To this end, we are using only natural raw materials such as spices, malt, hops, fruit extracts and natural flavors. These natural and noble components are the basis of our “brand makers”.
The doses for this late differentiation are very low and are usually between 0.5 and 20 ml per litre, which does not dilute the base beer.
Our products allow to produce from one unique neutral base beer different special beers : Belgian and German wheat beers, pale ales, IPAs, abbey beers, stouts, premium beers, dark Flemish sour beers or sour ales, krieks and fruit beers like cherries, raspberries, litchie, peach, mango, strawberry, etc., cocktail beers like mojito, tequila-lime, whiskey, rum, white wine, chocolate, etc.
With the Brand Final Touch concept we offer a production alternative that allows greater flexibility, quick response to market demands and greater quality consistence from a production to another, from a facility to another, in different countries.

HopFrance is a hop growers cooperative in Alsace-France. The hops are grown by 38 independent family-owned farms.
The Alsatian terroir & climate conditions are particularly suited to aroma hops.
Strisselspalt, the most famous Alsatian hop, has a spicy, slightly lemony and herbal aroma. It is ideal for late & dry hopping on Lagers and Pilsners.
Aramis was developed for its non-lingering bitterness. Aramis has intense spicy, floral and slightly citrusy notes. It is particularly well for Pils, lagers, wheat beers where a subtle but distinctive aroma is desired.
Triskel is fruity and floral. It has a crème caramel, grape and plum profile. The aroma of Triskel is complex & works well for most beers when a fruity, harmonious & pleasant note is expected.
Barbe-Rouge is a unique hop. Used in dry hopping, it develops notes of red fruits, strawberries & raspberries & strawberry jam.
Beers using Mistral will have notes of rose, lychee & melon. A character very similar to Gewurtztraminer wine!
Elixir, the latest release, is much more citrussy. With aromas of exotic fruits, passion fruit, mango& tangerine, Elixir will be the good choice for IPA’s, NEIPAS’, hoppy Lagers, Pale Ales or even Triples beers.
Most of these varieties are grown under organic farming conditions.
