The place is supported by two major actors : the European cooperative Smart and the cluster “Initiatives and Cité”.

Smart is a European workers’ cooperative that allows entrepreneurs to develop their activity without going through the creation of a sole proprietorship. Established in more than 40 large European cities, it offers its members to invest in premises of this type, often in connection with a vast partnership ecosystem.

Initiatives et Cité is a cluster of the social and solidarity economy bringing together 20 companies and associations dedicated to supporting project leaders.

The association of these two structures made it possible to respond to the opportunity offered by the City of Lille to carry out the work in this historic place but also to then carry out its operation and animation, for the benefit of an abundant creative community in the region.

Today the place brings together 127 different companies, for 304 residents.
