Haze can be a foe or a friend, depending on the beer styles and consumers’ expectations. This one-stop-shop session will allow brewers to hear the views of our two experts: one in beer style, another one on brewing, and better understand whether a beer must be hazy or not and then get to know how the haze can be created or avoided.
