Guillaume Willemart is a Belgian bioscience engineer graduating in 2021. Attracted by the world of brewing, he decided to continue his studies by enrolling in the specialised master’s degree in brewing engineering of UCLouvain to further his knowledge. Following this, he continues his studies by starting a doctoral thesis in hop chemistry in 2022.
