Located in the centre of the village of Bellegem (Koortrijk, Belgium), only 30 kilometres away from Lille, the brewery Omer Vander Ghinste is a historical brewery led by the 5th generation brewer. Opened in 1892, this is the only brewery in Belgium that brews on-site the three different fermentation types (bottom, top and spontaneous fermentation) and still as an in-function brewery tour. The brewery recently refurbished (including a new bottling line) and opened a brand-new visitor centre.
