Lille 2024 being organised and financed by The Brewers of Europe, the European trade association representing European breweries, breweries that are members of The Brewers of Europe – either directly, or indirectly via their own membership to a national trade association – benefit from a 10% additional discount on the ticket price. To know if you are a member of one of our trade associations, and therefore eligible for the discount, check our list of members here: https://brewersofeurope.eu/about-us/our-members/ . Our national associations will receive the instructions to equip their members with the discount code on the 29th of January. To obtain your discount code, contact your national trade association as of the 30th of January.
2-Day Tickets
The 2-Day ticket allows entrance to Lille 2024 on Monday the 27th and Tuesday the 28th of May. Food and drinks at the congress centre are included in the price.

3-Day Tickets

Discount for large orders
Companies, trade associations, universities or institutes wishing to purchase a large quantity of tickets can benefit from an additional discount:
- From 10 to 15 ticket, a 10% discount is given on the fees that would normally apply
- From 16 tickets onwards, a 20% discount is given on the fees that would normally apply

Evening receptions
In case you wish to attend one evening reception (and not all) or bring a partner for the evening receptions, individual tickets can be purchased as well. Here are the prices:

Technical visits
In case you wish to attend the conferences and the trade show as well as a technical visit but no evening reception, you can also purchase the ticket to the technical visit individually. Please note, however, that a 2-Day ticket only allows you to attend one of the technical visits offered on the 29th of May whereas the 3-Day ticket only allows you to attend one of the technical visits offered on the 30th of May.

What is the difference between the Brewers Forum programme and the EBC Congress programme?
LILLE 2024 is a two-in-one event in the same venue! it brings together:
- The EBC Congress (for brewing scientists presenting the latest innovation in research) taking place over 3 days (27, 28 and 29 May)
- The Brewers Forum (focused on smaller breweries, covering brewing, the business trends and sustainability) taking place over 2 Days (27 & 28 May).
What ticket is the most relevant for me?
- If you are more interested in the Brewers Forum (more general sessions), go for the 2-Day ticket!
- If you are more interested in the EBC Congress (scientific sessions), buy the 3-Day ticket!
If I purchase a 2-day ticket, am i restricted to attending only the brewers forum sessions?"
Both tickets (2-Day or 3-Day) give you access to all the sessions organised during Lille 2024.
If you purchase a 2-Day ticket, you can attend both the Brewers Forum and the EBC Congress sessions organised on 27 & 28 May.
If you purchase a 3-Day ticket, you can attend both the Brewers Forum (27 & 28 May) and EBC Congress sessions (27, 28 & 29 May).
What is the difference between the “trade show and conference only” ticket and the “full package” ticket?
Both tickets (2-Day or 3-Day) are offered in two formats:
- The “trade show and conference only” allows you to attend the conference sessions, the trade show and the free lunch buffet but not the side programme (technical visits). This ticket doesn’t include access to the evening networking events (Opening Reception, Networking Reception and Closing Reception);
- The “full package” ticket allows you to attend the conference, the trade show and the free lunch buffet and also the evening receptions plus a technical visit of your choice!
Is there a possibility to attend one of the networking receptions or a technical visit if I purchase a “trade show and conference only” ticket?
Yes, It is possible to purchase a “trade show and conference only” ticket and still have the option to add individual technical visits and evening receptions to your itinerary.
What is the best time to purchase my ticket?
Yes, It is possible to purchase a “trade show and conference only” ticket and still have the option to add individual technical visits and evening receptions to your itinerary.

Do I get a benefit if I work for a brewery?
Yes, you get a 10% discount on the ticket price if you are working for a brewery that is a member of one of The Brewers of Europe’s national associations.
Check the list here to see if you’re eligible. If yes, then contact your national association to benefit from your discount.
* 10% discount for members of The Brewers of Europe (and their members) on the normal price
** 20% price increase to compensate for the last minutes orders. The package tickets not available as the bookings for the technical visits needs to be finalised two weeks in advance of the event.
*** The « full package » gives access to the trade show and the conferences, as well as:
- The Opening Reception (26 May), the evening reception (28 May) and one of the proposed technical visits on the 29th of May for the 2-Day ticket.
- The Opening Reception (26 May), the evening reception (28 May), the Closing Reception (29 May) and one of the proposed technical visits on the 30th of May for the 3-Day ticket.
People purchasing a normal ticket (trade show & conference only) will also be able to add either or all of the evening receptions as well as a technical visit on top of their normal ticket. The price of each individual evening reception and technical visit will be announced at the end of January.
