Adam completed his BSc Hons in brewing and distilling from Heriot-Watt and has a Dipl.Brew from the IBD. Before Murphy and Son, Adam worked for Carlsberg-Tetley, Belhaven Brewery and as the Technical Brewer at St Austell brewery where he was involved with diverse quality improvement projects, laboratory and quality management. Since joining Murphy & Son he has been working with brewers & distillers to make better beverages with a range of brewing aids and treatments. Since 2019 he has been providing technical sales support across Europe.
