My professional career started two decades ago at the Technical University of Munich in Weihenstephan. Over the years, I have deepened my expertise in brewing technology, research and development, raw materials and laboratory management. As technical manager of HVG, a renowned hop trading company in the Hallertau region, I also broadened my horizons to include the commercial aspects of the industry. My desire to pass on knowledge is reflected not only in my consulting activities, but also in my active teaching activities at universities and in the publication of topics on hops at conferences and in various journals. I live with my wife and our two sons near Munich.
