THE BREWERS FORUM

Irene Pascual Camacho is currently working as a brewmaster at Factoría Cruzcampo, the innovation center of the Cruzcampo brand and Heineken company. She studied chemical engineering at the University of Seville and later the master’s degree at the School of Beer and Malta. Later, she worked in two craft microbreweries before starting her career in Heineken. Within the beer sector, she is passionate about the research and development of new recipes, as well as the use of new yeast strains to obtain different profiles and continuous improvements in the process.
