Jacob has a degree in sustainable engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. Since his graduation he has worked with energy optimization and energy supply in the food and beverage industry. Especially for the brewing industry he has a lot of international consulting experience from projects conducted in Europe, Africa and the Americas.  During his career as a consultant he has conducted close to 30 audits to improve energy efficiency and sustainability. Jacob has experience with design, auditing and energy consumption calculations on all traditional utility systems, as well as knowledge of the new emerging sustainable solution on the market.
