Jacopo Mazzeo is an award-winning wine, beer, and spirits journalist and photographer. His work is regularly featured in leading British and American trade and consumer publications, including Good Beer Hunting, Whisky Magazine, SevenFifty Daily, Decanter, and Wine Enthusiast. In addition to his writing, Jacopo consults on industry trends and brand strategy. He also serves as judge in various international wine, beer, and spirits competitions such as the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, the World Whiskies Awards, and the International Beer Challenge, and was twice a Director of the British Guild of Beer Writers.
Prior to his career in journalism, he earned a PhD in historical musicology from the University of Southampton (UK) and worked as a sommelier.
