Brewing scientist, teaching assistant at Lodz University of Technology (Poland). Maciej pursues his PhD at KU Leuven, Technology Campus Ghent (Belgium) and University of Copenhagen (Denmark) within the framework of European Joint Doctorate in Food Science (EJDFoodSci) funded by Marie Sklodowska-Curie grant. He holds a BSc and MSc degree in Biotechnology with the specialization in Fermentation Technology and Technical Microbiology from Lodz University of Technology (Poland) and a MSc degree in International Management from Grande Ecole de Commerce INSEEC (France).
