Magaly Rodríguez has a PhD in Food Science, a master’s degree in Brewing Science and technology and a master’s degree in Food Safety. She has published several scientific articles in the field of brewing microbiology. He has extensive brewing experience, having worked for Backus, SAB Miller and Ab Inbev. She is currently working as a Technical Specialist at Mahou-San Miguel.
