I work as a R&D technician at Hijos de Rivera SAU, where I developed an artificial intelligence approach rooted on computational chemistry to develop new products. We want to take craft brewing to the next level, so we are exploring these traditional ingredients with the latest technologies to develop new product formulations for the future.
