Mateusz Jackowski is a biotechnology master’s graduate from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and is currently completing his Ph.D. in chemical engineering. He is an active contributor to the university’s Faculty of Chemistry within the Department of Micro, Nano, and Bioprocess Engineering. His research pursuits encompass innovative areas of brewing science, including low-alcoholic beer, innovative microorganisms for brewing, and sustainable utilization of brewing byproducts. Mateusz Jackowski actively cooperates with local breweries and companies related to the brewing sector. He is the member of the Polish Food Technologist’s Society
