In 2017, Nanako Ishinabe received a Master’s degree in Life Sciences from The University of Tokyo, Japan. During 2017–2022, she worked at Kampo Research Laboratories, Kracie Pharma Ltd. From 2023, she has been working at Value Creation Frontier Laboratories, Sapporo Breweries Ltd. Her career at Sapporo has mainly focused on the investigation of beer foam formation.
