Raimo Koljonen has done a long career with Viking Malt and currently he is working as a Brewmaster. Raimo has an active R&D role, especially in development projects for new malts and pilot brewing’s of them, acts as an advisor for malt production and he is also involved with many types of customer’s support. Previously Raimo has worked as R&D engineer, malt master and production manager of Viking Malt Lahti site.
Raimo holds a degree of Engineer of Biotechnology from EVTEK University of Applied Sciences, has studied Brewing Technology with Siebel Institute of Technology and has attained the Diploma in Distilling from Institute of Brewing & Distilling.
