Tomáš Vrzal received Ph.D. in analytical chemistry at Charles University, Faculty of Science (Prague, Czech Republic) in 2019. He´s been working at Research Institute of Brewing and Malting in Prague, Czech Republic, since 2014 (currently as head of the analytical laboratory), and his research is mainly focused on the relation of chemical and sensory properties of beer, nitrogen contaminants in beer, and beer ageing. He is interested in data processing, statistical, chemometric, as well as, machine learning and deep learning methods which he utilizes in research topics. He is also a supervisor or consultant in several bachelor, diploma, and dissertation theses..
