Tove graduated from Copenhagen University in 1994 where she earned a master’s degree in food science and technology.
Tove started her career at Danish Crown AmbA in an overall trainee program. Since 1999 Tove has been employed by IFF (formerly Danisco and Dupont) in Brabrand, Denmark and has held various baking & brewing science and application positions. She also studied at the Scandinavian School of Brewing in 2009 and 2010 for various master brewing modules. Since 2009 Tove has been involved in the development of enzyme solutions for the brewing industry and plays her role between R&D and the business.
