Brasserie de la Senne

Brasserie de la Senne is at the origin of the new wave of craft beer in Brussels, Belgium. They have been pioneers, among other things, at encouraging the taste for well-hopped beers before it became trendy. Next to hoppy ales and lagers made with traditional hop varieties, they produce barrel-aged mixed-fermented beers, as well as beers made with a local yeast.

They aim at brewing organic beers full of character but well balanced, using carefully chosen technology, with a total absence of compromise when it comes to flavor and quality. They work in direct relationship with the producers of raw materials, which allows them a fine-tuned selection of malt and hops.
