Our compact brewhouse Sud Sixty Six achieves a full 6 brews/day with 60 minutes of lautering time – and that with only two brewing vessels. This makes it possible to use a high-performance brewhouse even in the smallest of spaces. In combination with the Exergon Brew® energy management system, it also saves money because the thermal energy used is minimized and optimally utilized.
Our process components offer the potential for considerable savings in energy and raw materials, and not only in new plants. For modernization projects of existing plants, we provide a potential analysis and the necessary equipment to achieve great benefits with little effort and little investment.
We offer our Nano Flavor® to produce non-alcoholic beer. Nanofiltration is used to remove the alcohol from the beer, which is gentle on the product and very good for the quality. We use hollow fiber membranes that are perfectly cleanable. Nano Flavor® can be easily integrated into existing cellars.
